General terms and conditions

The following terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for all guests. Due to the small group size and the high level of planning involved, securing your place on the retreat requires timely payment. We’ve outlined the process below so you know exactly what to expect at each stage, from reserving your spot to final payment and cancellation policies.

Retreat policies

Booking, cancellation, and participation expectations

  • Reserving a spot on the retreat holds your place in line. Once every spot has been filled we will email you with a payment link for the deposit (half of the total cost) which must be paid within 48 hours. This payment is non-refundable and secures your place on the retreat.
  • A second payment link for the remaining balance will be sent 90 days before the start of the retreat. This second payment is also non-refundable.
