Coaching philosophy
Why Ethan
There are a lot of coaches offering training programs and advice, so why choose Ethan?
The answer is experience. Ethan has 30+ years of elite-level climbing experience across every discipline from bouldering to big walls, trad and sport, as well as a 20-year-long competition career.

Alongside mindset and tactical coaching, Ethan offers fully customised training plans for climbers, developed in collaboration with strength training expert and sports physiotherapist Chris Allan.
